Listening to Music
I have a DJ program called, "mixmeister". It's made for making pre-recorded mixes to use at a party, for an excercise class, or anything where you would want a mix to be played.
I have used it to create DJ mixes, where you match the beats, but, you can just make an old fashioned mix tape style track with out matching the beats. Just using a fade.
Since I have this website/blog now, I want to have a page of music that I listen to. I'm thinking of using soundcloud, as I have heard many good mixes and mix tapes on there. I already have a mix crate account which is specifically made for professional DJ's. But, I don't know which would be better.
In soundcloud, anyone can download the mixes, but, in mixcrate, you have to sign up for a mixcrate account. It's still free, but, some people might not want to add an account. The graphics are better on mixcrate profiles for members, but, soundcloud seems more popular.
When I do decide, I will make a page on my website, lostboy.com.
